3.  How does my tier retention/upgrade/downgrade work for me?

  • All you need to do to retain/upgrade your current tier is shop at the store or online. you spends*, at the end of 12 months of your membership status will be taken into account to retain/upgrade your membership.

  • This communication is sent 15 days before your birthday date & anniversary date.

  • This coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

       Yes. Birthday & Anniversary discount coupons can be redeemed in the same month. In fact, both can be redeemed on same day itself, but it cannot be in a single bill. One coupon can only be redeemed on one single bill, in store or online.
