At globaldesi.in, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery for your orders. Please read below for details on our domestic and international shipping policies.
Shipping in India
We use premium courier services such as Blue Dart and Delhivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery is expected within 4–5 business days from dispatch (depending on your location). The estimated delivery time may vary with each order.
Free shipping is available across India for orders above ₹1500, while a standard fee of ₹100 applies to orders below this threshold.
We aim to keep every item listed on our website in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within two business days and issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If delivery remains unsuccessful after these attempts, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number for further assistance.
Order Consolidation –
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed, we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance requirements. Shipping charges will apply to each new order (if it does not qualify for free shipping).
We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or courier company–related delays in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you informed in case of any unexpected delay with your order.
International Shipping
Important Update:
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, additional tariffs and customs duties may apply to orders shipped to the United States. These charges are not included in the product prices displayed on our website. Any additional tariff, duty, or tax imposed by U.S. customs will be borne by the customer and payable at the time of delivery, as determined by the respective authorities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we comply with the latest international trade requirements.
We ship internationally via DHL and Aramex.
International orders are processed from our warehouse in Mumbai, India. Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, although delivery times may vary based on destination and customs procedures.
For international orders, free shipping is available on purchases over USD 150. For orders below USD 150, a shipping fee of USD 30 applies.
Due to the nature of international shipping and the increase in international tariff rates, customers may occasionally have to pay additional import duties and taxes levied once a shipment reaches their country. The majority of orders will not incur additional fees; however, we are unable to predict when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be applied.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our delivery partners to handle customs clearance and deliver your goods to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our delivery partner for import duties and taxes, these must be paid directly at the time of delivery. globaldesi.in takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in cases where such taxes and duties are not accepted or settled by the recipient, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship jewellery to international addresses. International orders are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or alterations.
Important Information
Order cut-off times serve as guidelines, with orders typically processed within 24 hours. During sale periods, processing may extend up to 72 hours. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are meant to be used as a guide; delays may occur due to customs clearance at the destination.
Please note that orders cannot be redirected to a different address once dispatched. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if such details are provided in the shipping address. In case of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing to accept the parcel, globaldesi.in will not be liable for any refund or additional charges to re-attempt delivery. Such orders will be considered abandoned by the courier company.

In-Store Pick Up
Your order can be collected at your convenience from the selected store within 2–4 working days.
Collected orders can be returned either online or in-store using our standard returns process. To use this service, select the ‘In-Store Pick Up’ option at checkout and choose your preferred store from the list.
You will receive an email once your order has arrived in-store and is ready for collection. Your order will remain in-store for 10 days. If you are unable to collect your order within this period, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
