• The membership is free of charge.
• As a member of the RISE REWARDS Loyalty Program, you will earn points that qualify you for different tiers, allowing you to enjoy exclusive offers, services, events, and more.
• Your membership provides a tailor-made experience with OCHRE AND BLACK PRIVATE LIMITED brands, including personalized offers and recommendations delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp messaging, or your social media feed when applicable.
• As a member, you can also access your purchase history in your membership account ("My Account") from your online profile.

Your membership is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with any other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by OCHRE AND BLACK PRIVATE LIMITED. By participating in offers, rewards, making purchases, and receiving communication from us, you agree to these terms. Only one membership per person is allowed.

• Every ₹100 = 1 point and every 1 point earned is worth ₹1.
• Points can be earned or redeemed at stores or online at www.andindia.com & www.globaldesi.in (all brands under the entity Ochre and Black Pvt., Ltd.), including brands like AND, Global Desi & AND Global Desi stores.

• To retain/upgrade your current tier, shop at the store or online. The amount you spend* in the last 12 months will determine your tier status.

• If you do not meet the tier retention criteria at the end of 12 months, you will be moved to the previous lower tier.

• For in-store purchases, points can be earned in real time.
• For online purchases, points can be earned post-closure of the return window.

• You can earn points on non-discounted product categories only, which include apparels, jewellery, fragrance & accessories. Points are not applicable to discounted products.

• Your points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last purchase.

• You can redeem minimum 1 point during your shopping in-store or online.

• You will receive a communication via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing your unique treat coupon code.
• This communication is sent 14 days prior to your Birthday.
• The coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Your mobile number should be updated in our system.

• OTP will be sent to the registered membership number.

• The membership anniversary treat is offered to customers in celebration of their ongoing relationship with the brand.
• You will receive a communication via SMS, WhatsApp, or email containing your unique treat coupon code.
• This communication is sent 14 days prior to your membership anniversary date.
• The coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Your mobile number should be updated in our system.

• Yes, birthday and membership anniversary & Joining treat coupons can be redeemed in the same month or on the same day, but not on a single bill. One coupon can only be redeemed on one single bill, in-store or online.
• If the coupon has been redeemed, it will not be reissued in the event of a return or exchange.
• Coupon is applicable only on apparels categories (Discounted & Non-discounted apparels).

• Birthday treat/Membership Anniversary treat/Joining treat coupons: These can be redeemed only on the apparel category. They are not applicable to non-apparel categories like jewellery, accessories, and fragrance.
• Preview Coupon: These can be redeemed only on discounted apparels.
• Points: Can be redeemed on discounted and non-discounted apparel.

• Yes, You can redeem your points on apparels only. Non apparel products are not eligible for point redemption.

• Yes, you can but it’s applicable only on apparel category.
