1. What are RISE REWARDS?

RISE REWARDS is our loyalty programme that gives you access to Points, exclusive offers, special treats, early sale access and other member-only benefits.

Membership is free, and your membership is linked to your registered mobile number.

2. What are the RISE REWARDS tiers?

RISE REWARDS has three tiers:

Tier eligibility is based on your purchase activity and spend during the last 12 months.

1. What are Points?

Points are rewards you earn on eligible purchases as a RISE REWARDS member.

• INSIDER: Earn 1% Points
• TRENDSETTER: Earn 2% Points

Points can be earned on Full MRP and discounted products across all categories, subject to the applicable RISE REWARDS terms.

2. Can I earn Points when I use a coupon code?

No. Points cannot be earned on a purchase where any coupon code is redeemed, including ₹1,000 coupon code, Birthday, Membership Anniversary, Joining Treat, MUSE Welcome Back, Preview, Marketing or other promotional coupon codes.

3. How long are my Points valid?

Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.

However, when your total Points balance reaches 1,000 Points, the 1,000 Points are automatically converted into a ₹1,000 coupon code on the same day.

Once the 1,000 Points are converted into the ₹1,000 coupon code, the original 365-day expiry of those Points no longer applies. The ₹1,000 coupon code is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Points can be redeemed below 1000 as well if it's not reached to 1000 and not converted to coupon code.

4. What happens when I reach 1,000 Points?

Once your total Points balance reaches 1,000 Points, a ₹1,000 coupon code will be automatically issued on the same day.

The 1,000 Points are converted into the ₹1,000 coupon code and are no longer subject to their original 365-day Point expiry

The ₹1,000 coupon code is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. There is no minimum or maximum bill value condition. This code is applicable only on the apparels category including discounted & non-discounted.

Example: If you have earned 800 Points on 1 September 2025 and those Points are due to expire on 31 August 2026, and you earn another 200 Points on 30 August 2026, your total balance becomes 1,000 Points.
Once you reach 1,000 Points, the full 1,000 Points are converted into a ₹1,000 coupon code. The original Point expiry date of 31 August 2026 will no longer apply. The ₹1,000 coupon code will instead be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Similarly, if you earn 1,000 Points within three months, even though Points normally have a 365-day validity, reaching 1,000 Points will trigger the conversion into a ₹1,000 coupon code, which will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Points can be redeemed below 1000 as well if it’s not reached to 1000 and not converted to coupon code.

5. What happens if I have less than 1,000 Points?

You can continue to accumulate and redeem your available Points even if your balance is below 1,000 Points, subject to the applicable redemption terms.

Each Point remains valid for 365 days from the date it is earned, unless your total balance reaches 1,000 Points and the Points are converted into a ₹1,000 coupon code.

If your balance reaches 1,000 Points, the full 1,000 Points are converted into a ₹1,000 coupon code on the same day, and the coupon code is then valid for 90 days from issuance.

6. Where can I redeem my Points?

Points can be redeemed on all categories, including Apparel and Non-Apparel products, across both discounted and non-discounted products. Points can also be redeemed on Accessories, Jewellery and Fragrance, subject to the applicable RISE REWARDS terms.

Points can be redeemed below 1000 as well if it's not reached to 1000 and not converted to coupon code.

7. What happens to my Points if I return a product or cancel an order?

If Points are used directly for a purchase, the redeemed Points will be returned to your account in case of order cancellation or return, subject to the original validity of those Points.

Any Points earned on the returned product will be deducted from your account.

If you used Points on a purchase and the return results in a further deduction, your Points balance may become negative.

8. What happens if my ₹1,000 coupon code has already been redeemed and I cancel or return the order?

Once the ₹1,000 coupon code has been redeemed, it will not be returned or re-credited in case of order cancellation or return.

1. What is the MUSE tier?

MUSE is the RISE REWARDS tier for registered customers who have never shopped or have not made a purchase in the last 12 months.

MUSE members can enjoy a Welcome Back Reward of ₹500 OFF on a minimum purchase of ₹5,000. The coupon is valid for 90 days from issuance. T&C*

2. What other benefit does MUSE get?

MUSE members get early access to the End of Season Sale (EOSS) and selected new launches.

MUSE members are not eligible for the additional Preview discount.

1. What is the Joining Treat?

Eligible new and existing customers who register using their mobile number for the 1st time online can receive a Flat 10% OFF Joining Treat.

Two codes are issued after successful registration:

• AND10 – valid on the AND website or at AND stores
• GD10 – valid on the Global Desi website or at Global Desi stores

The codes are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.

2. Where can I use my Joining Treat?

The Joining Treat is applicable on Apparels, including discounted and non-discounted Apparels.

It is not applicable on Accessories, Jewellery or Fragrance.

Only one Joining Treat coupon can be redeemed per bill. The two codes cannot be used together on the same bill but can be used on separate bills.

1. Who is eligible for the Birthday Treat?

The Birthday Treat is available to INSIDER and TRENDSETTER members who have provided their date of birth.

You must provide or update your DOB at least 30 days before your birthday to be eligible.

2. What is my Birthday Treat benefit?

• INSIDER: 10% OFF + additional 5% OFF on purchases above ₹15,000
• TRENDSETTER: 20% OFF + additional 5% OFF on purchases above ₹15,000

The Birthday coupon is sent 14 days before your birthday and is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

The Birthday Treat is applicable on Apparels, including discounted and non-discounted products.

Points cannot be earned when these coupons are redeemed.

1. What is the Membership Anniversary Treat?

The Membership Anniversary Treat is available to INSIDER and TRENDSETTER members.

• INSIDER: 10% OFF
• TRENDSETTER: 20% OFF

The coupon is sent 14 days before your membership anniversary and is valid for 30 days from issuance.

2. Where can I use my Birthday or Membership Anniversary coupon?

Birthday and Membership Anniversary coupons are applicable on Apparels, including discounted and non-discounted products.

They are not applicable on Accessories, Jewellery or Fragrance.

Points cannot be earned when these coupons are redeemed.

1. What is the Preview Sale benefit?

The Preview Sale is available twice a year during the End of Season Sale.

• INSIDER: 10% additional OFF
• TRENDSETTER: 15% additional OFF
• MUSE: Early access to EOSS, but no additional Preview discount

The additional Preview discount is applicable on discounted Apparels.

Points cannot be earned when these coupons are redeemed.

2. Can MUSE members avail the Preview discount?

No. MUSE members receive early access to EOSS, but they are not eligible for the additional Preview discount.

1. Do members receive exclusive offers?

Yes. INSIDER and TRENDSETTER members may receive surprise member-exclusive offers and weekend benefits from time to time.

These offers may vary based on the campaign and customer eligibility.

2. Do TRENDSETTER members receive VIP benefits?

Yes. TRENDSETTER members may receive VIP event invitations and exclusive brand experiences.

TRENDSETTER members also receive free standard shipping on all orders, as per the applicable benefit terms.

1. Can I use multiple coupons on the same bill?

No.Two coupon codes cannot be redeemed on the same bill. They can be redeemed on separate bills.

2. Can I earn Points when I use a coupon?

No.Points are not earned when any eligible coupon code is redeemed.

3. Can Points be used on all products?

Yes.Points can be redeemed across all categories, including Apparel and Non-Apparel products, on both discounted and non-discounted products, subject to the applicable RISE REWARDS terms.

4. Can I transfer my Points or coupon to someone else?

No. Points and coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.

1. Can the RISE REWARDS terms and benefits change?

Yes. The company reserves the right to modify, change or withdraw the RISE REWARDS terms, benefits and conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. How can I check my RISE REWARDS status and benefits?

You can log in to your account on the AND website https://www.andindia.com/login or Global Desi website https://www.globaldesi.in/login using your registered mobile number to view your membership details and applicable benefits.

3. How can I change or update my registered mobile number?

You cannot update your registered mobile number directly through website account.

To request a mobile number update, please contact our Customer Care team or visit your nearest store.

For security and account verification, you may be asked to provide details such as:

• Your current registered mobile number, if available
• Your new mobile number
• Your full name and email address registered with your RISE REWARDS account
• A recent order number or other purchase details
• Any additional information required to verify your identity

Once your details are successfully verified, our Customer Care team or store team will assist with updating your mobile number on your existing membership account.

4. What should I do if my registered mobile number is lost, inactive or no longer in use?

If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, please contact our Customer Care team or visit your nearest store to request an update.

Our team will verify your account ownership and help update your registered mobile number to your new active number.

Please do not create a new RISE REWARDS account using another mobile number, as this may result in your Points, membership benefits, purchase history or coupon codes being linked to a different account.

Until the verification and update process is completed, access to certain account features may be restricted for security reasons.

5. Can I update my mobile number through my account?

No. The mobile number update option is not currently available through your account.

You can contact our Customer Care team or visit your nearest store to request a mobile number update.

6. What happens to my Points and coupon codes when I change my mobile number?

Changing your registered mobile number does not affect your RISE REWARDS membership, provided the update is completed successfully on the same account after verification.
