ORDER SHIPPED TO INDIA ADDRESS
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, fragrances and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Please Note:
It is to be explicitly noted that in case of return requests, you shall be eligible for returns only upto 40% of the total orders successfully placed and processed by you w.r.t. your account with Ochre and Black Private Limited. In the event of your returns reaching/crossing 40% or more, our system shall automatically generate a warning email to you on your email address registered with us which has been linked your account.
In cases where the returns shall reach/exceed 50% of the total orders successfully placed and processed by you, our system shall automatically block the “returns” tab on your account and no further return requests shall be processed until the return quantum is back within the aforementioned trigger limit.
EASY ONLINE DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India.
If you have placed an order through your Registered Account, you can login to your account on our website and go to your ‘Order’ section and click on View details to raise a return request.
If you have placed an order as a guest user, please fill in the details on ‘Check Order’ here.
Click on Request a Return and select all the items you wish to return & and Select a reason of return from the list. Click the check box at the bottom of Returns page ‘I confirm that the product is unused with original tags intact’ and then click on Proceed to return.
Then select your preferred mode of Refund and click on Confirm Return. (In case of Refund to Bank Account for Cash on delivery orders, please ensure the bank details are mentioned correctly in the fields provided).
Once your request is successfully registered, a ‘Return ID’ will be generated along with the courier name for the reverse pick up & our company name – Ochre and Black Private Limited.
The return package will be picked up within 1-2 business days, you can verify ‘Return ID’ with the courier boy at the time of pickup.
Kindly follow the below process for order returns:
Take a copy of the order/invoice sheet and circle the product/s you are returning.
Pack the item/s you wish to return in the original delivery package if possible, Please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags are intact.
Insert the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel. Once we receive the returned courier, the refund process will be initiated for the items returned. Once processed, it may take upto 5-7 working days for the refund amount to get credited at its source.
Return request for online orders can be raised within 7 days of order delivery.
EASY IN-STORE EXCHANGES
Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Find your nearest store from the list available in the Store Locator section.
Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within 7 days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange.
Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process:
Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.
If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at care@globaldesi.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
Note:There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
