Order Shipped To India Address

 

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 30 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

 

Easy Online Domestic Returns And Exchanges

 

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly go to My Order section then navigate to order number you want to generate return request and click on the View Order. Once you click on the View Order the order details page will open and you will be able to see Return at top left side of the page. Click on the Return to open Return page. On the Return Page select items you want to return and select reason then click on the Return product button at bottom of the page. Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. We request you to follow the instructions given below:

 

Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package

 

1. Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.

2. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it in and all the tags of the product are in place.

3. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.

4. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given below should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.

5. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.

6. Once we receive the returned courier at the above warehouse address, we will initiate the refund for the items returned. Once we initiate the refund, it may take 5-7 days’ time to reflect at its source. In case of Cash-on-delivery order (COD) please enter your Bank account details during time of creating return request at the returns page of the website.

Note: If the order was placed by using a Gift Card or Wallet , the refund amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card or Wallet which can be then used for future orders. Please note that validity of the gift card remains unchanged.

Easy In-Store Exchanges

 

Alternatively, you can exchange the merchandise for another style or size at any of our exclusive stores. Find your nearest store from the list available in the Store Locator section.

Visit any store from the list available in the Store Locator section within 30 days from the date of receiving the order for an exchange.

Please make note of the following points before visiting the store for a hassle-free exchange process:

1. Kindly carry the invoice copy along with the unused products & the tags intact.

2. If the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, then you may have to pay the difference amount.

We ONLY allow exchanges at our stores. Return requests can be processed by following the steps mentioned in the Easy Online Domestic Returns and Exchanges above section.

 

International Returns

 

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at care@globaldesi.in within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
